W200s were 116" WB, and came as long beds (7 1/2') only.
It is possible Dodge built a short bed W200, but not likely.
Town Wagon/Town Panels were 108" WB like the shortbeds, so it is not likely any of those were W200s either.
Though Dodge did do some odd things, for instance I have seen a factory 60 W200 Town Wagon, but after years of searching I have never found another.
So basicly a 57 W200 would be a cab chassis, factory stake/flatbed, or a 7 1/2' stepside (utline) bed. All would have the 116" WB.
Most are 4spd or 3spd (column shift) trucks, a few were automatic, but I only currently know of two.
Big and small back windows are hard to pin down, a guess is a third of production was big back window.
Any data like this is only a guess, unless you go out and find all the surviving trucks, and compare the numbers of each option you find.
I would be interested in pictures and numbers from your truck, no matter what it is.
