I Like the 3 wire concept, but in doing recent research I found an online source for parts. Try a search for "1 wire vs 3 wire", seems they sold parts, the reg was only $6, buy a spare cause if you have troubles, you can't get one on the road- another reason to go 3-wire. or try ebay, lots of new electrics there.
