M37 idling problem....

Hey guys;

Hoping you can help me here. My M37 has been idling kind of funny here lately. I can start the truck fine, however after opening the choke fully I need to pull a little bit of the throttle control to keep her idling. If I push the throttle control all the way in, the truck will die. It never did this before. What could be the problem?
