I have a 92 dodge diesel, my owner's manual reads that fuse #4 is for "exterior lamps, radio intensity, horn & relay"; and should be a yellow 20amp fuse.
The factory owner's manual, diagnostic manual, and service manual used to be available at www.techauthority.com, but they only go back ten years. They have an 800 number, so you might try calling them and see if they still have 92 manuals not available online.
The diagnostic manual and service manual are both really good. The diagnostic manual is particularily good if you have an automatic transmission and need to track down all the inputs that the computer uses to control the transmission overdrive. I don't have the diagnostic handheld device, but can still test some of the inputs using the info in the book. I see the diagnostic manual on ebay sometimes.
For towing, the Combined weight (GCWR) for the 3.54 axle ratio is 16,000# (manual) or 12,000# (auto 4 speed w/OD). For the 4.10 axle ratio it is 17,000# (manual) and 12,000# (auto).
Max tongue weight on the W350 with dualies is 1200#. With signles it is 1000#.
Good luck with the new truck. On mine, the only big expense so far was a new injection pump at about 150,000 miles.
