Cab differentiation

As the owner of a Sweptline Power Wagon, I haven't learned all of the nuances related to the Flat Fenders. In looking at pictures of trucks from that era, I can't tell the difference in the cabs from the Chevys, Internationals and the Dodges.

I looked at the PW Spotters Guide on the home page and didn't see anything to show me there.

Who knows, I may run across one some day and would hate it if I found out later that I'd bought a Ch@vy!!
