fences in the texas summer with a rock bar and a large grinder, The coolness and working for the McElyea family will take all the wind out of him ( my father is a retired first shirt and takes wayward boys under his arm so to speak). Conditions are good hard rocky soil 100 degree tempatures as soon as the rain lets up. Work cant see to cant see lots of steel to build strong muscles. No sympathy lots ofwork ethics instilled, no crap taken ,lots given as you got a pay you're dues when you are low man. I told my brother we could open a school for children who are legends in their own mind, and get rich. Did this for a guy's kid at work after a summer and a winter he went to college and will be finishing soon with a degree. We are all very proud of him. He has come a long way from when he had to pull up in front of his house to drag his tired self out of bed his dad laughing the whole time. It sucked when you could not get fired or quit. Their should be someone you know up there that has got the right rustic motivational personality that can help that boy onto the right path.
