The EP-221 Epoxy Primer covered in the EX-2C Anti-Graffiti Coating (or perhaps in wonderful vibrant EX-2C Fluorescent Topcoat). OK, the EX-2C TF-2K Topcoat is more realistic.

I've noticed that with Epoxy paints the top coat needs to applied with in a few days of the prime coat. Has this given you any problems?
