Tim sorry to hear of your problems but before you get the drill out are the heads just off or are they broken off at the heads? If there is any remaining bolt sticking out I would apply heat with a torch and try to remove them with a vice grips. I did this on 315 heads that had 5 broken off and one had just enough to get a bite on. I heated them cherry red and stuck a big candle on them while still hot, theory being the wax will wick up the threads. After they cooled a bit they backed out with a minor bit of back and forth coaxing. Drilling is a LAST resort in my book as I have not had much luck with that method, good luck. Did anyone notice those really smooth running boards? Sorry about the loss of your camera also.
