The water based paint is cheaper to handle and is favorable to OSHA for disposal and cleanup. It is very tricky to get it right during application. Everything has to be just right for it to work. If the viscosity, temperature, or any other variable is wrong, the paint is worthless. It's pure crap in my mind!
