adding a 440 in a '55 C-3-pw

Well I need some help. This summer ASAP I want to drop a 440 in my 55 PW. I dont want to loose the pto winch so I want to mate the big block to the np420. I dont have any experence with this trans and not a lot of knowledge about it. Will a Big block bell housing bolt right up to the trans? What about the clutch and flywheel? What kind of problems am I up against? If anyone has ever done it or has any information about the subject please let me know.
