brakes

My question is for you guys that do conversion. I put disc brakes on the front of my M-37. I also put in the large chevy master cylinder and all new brakes line to the front. I bled the whole system. Problem is i still have to pump pedal to get brakes. took it a round the block, things got worse. Pedal goes to floor. What did i do wrong. Have bled the whole system about 6 times. At a loss!!!!
