If you are talking about the cab only, all cabs from 61 to 71 are the same. The dash panel changed in 65, but they dashs are removeable. Doors latches changed in 65 1/2. Which means the strike plate location at the "B" pillar was moved. Some cabs have small rear windows, some large, in all years up to '66.
