Cab: rubber parts? color schemes?

First civvy PW for me, so I have a choice of colors. Any albums of color schemes on the net? Was the only OE choice Forest Green (instead of Olive Drab?) I'm leaning towards red & black, or lite green & dark green....

Any source for the rubber parts? did they use a fender welt on front fenders?
