w500 FOUND IN LAS VEGAS

I saw a 4x4 dodge 500 parked in Vegas. Is it a factory or has it been modified? It is parked in a casino parking lot with a 72 hour tow notice. I am going to keep an eye on it. If it gets impounded I will try to get it from the impound lot. Please let me know if anyone knows anything about it. It looks like a 1949 but as far as I can find dodge started the w500 in 1954. I will try to post a pic. If anyone has info I have about a dozen pics to share. Thank you
