Carb expirence needed.....

I found a company that sells a adapter plate to replace the single barrell B&B on the Power Wagon to a 2bbl Holley (350cfm) or a 38MM Webber.
The Holley kit with plate and new 2300 series carb is about $320
The Webber kit is about $400

I understand the Webber is more tuneable than the Holley, but for the application I dont think it really matters.
Anyone have any expirence with either or both of these carbs? How good are they off road, in off camber situations?
