92 Dodge Auto to Standard Swap info needed

Can anyone tell me what parts are needed to go from automatic to a newer 5 or 6 speed in a 92 Dodge 3/4 ton 4x4 with a stock EFI360 in it? Also would like to know if anyone has the clutch pedal and parts to do this. Thanks John Foster
