I have a 318 in my PW, and never have had a overheat problem. I have no experience with aux radiators, but Mannyc is right, with your issue of over heat and kowing that other PW's with a 318 dont have problems, its not needed. You have a another problem.
I had one of my radiators cleaned with Ultra Sonics at a large Radiator shop. You would not believe the junk that flushed out. See you in Iowa
