Actual weight of '42 1/2 ton WC?

I'm lining up a friend and truck/trailer to tow an old '42 1/2 ton WC home. But I'm curious as to what the approximate weight of the truck is. It has a civilian cab and the bed, although the wood is long gone. A good guess is really all I need. Three thousand pounds, five thousand......?
