Flip over to the "Big Electric" - M-37 forum (link at the top of Joe's page here). You can search and type in 'canvas tops' or something along those lines. I was looking for the exact same thing, and can't remember where they told me to go (some OD cloth place) but I found the money to order a tan one compared to the cost of just buying a green canvas one already made was... wooo... let's just say I bought a green one.
