Wheel Seal question??

Been a while but on the Wheel Seals there are 2 outer ones and 4 iner ones which hubs get the 2 outer ones? I am not talking about the paper Gaskits. I belive the outer ones go on the rear hubs only, is this right?? Thanks, Mark H.
