When you say "non-standard engine" are you referring to a more modern engine being installed, or just not a T-245 flat head?

I paid $3200.oo for my M37. It has a Chrysler Industrial engine in it, which is basically identical to the 230cid T-245, but it came out of a fork lift or generator. Still a flathead from the same time period IMO. My truck has some small cancer spots, a few dents and no tailgate. It does however run, and runs fairly well, so I can't complain.
