You should be able to remove the yoke by removing the large nut holding it on. It will possibly take a 3/4 drive socket. Once removed you can grab the lip of the seal and pull it out with a 3 arm puller if all goes well. If not you might have to cut the seal with a chisel. Also, the seal surface of the yoke will be warn and you will either have to replace it or repair it by having it welded and resurfaced or put a speedy sleeve on it.
