Is that four on each window or two on each window? I didn't know there was such a thing?

Are they just flat sheetmetal screwed to the inside of the hatch? My truck had expanded metal grates welded over the rear window holes. There were a couple little flat pieces I discarded, and I welded up all the screw holes, because they were everywhere.
