It sounds like the throwout bearing is riding too close and not fully disengaging the clutch.
A whirling clutch noise indicates that there is insufficient free pedal travel. That needs to be adjusted. The transmission alignment could be improper, check the clutch housing alignment.
Chatter is also caused by improper adjustment. If non of those are the fix, then you may have a bad clutch disc, that has the wrong or uneven springs, a warped disc, or bent disc, or a bad disc hub.
