Well I will have some Steaks from another Steer heck I got a ton of them right now! We are doing 5 pigs and 4 steers this year. I won't keep them all tho. Not sure how it would turn out but I could give it another try again. Your welcome to come and bring your freind with you anyway. It was a low key nice get together last year. Now that I will be contracting for fires with the Forestry that would be the only thing to make me leave a big fire! It was fun having you come down! EMail me and we can set it up again. Mark H.
