Calling all Engine Experts!!! Need Help Bad

Here's the problem. Set my 230 flat head six on top dead center, have complete tune up: condenser, rotor, disrtibutor cap, wires, the works! I now have fire and gas to the engine and yet IT STILL WONT FIRE. I have doubled, tripled checked my firing order, 1-5-3-6-2-4(going clockwise on the distributor). I'm still at a loss on why the engine wont run.
