1948? P-W on E-bay in UT NOT MINE

This guy claims to have a 1948 P-W, but he listed the body tag instead of the VIN.

The body tag looks to make this a 1949, I will know more when I get more numbers from this truck.

Looks to have some potential, though there are a bunch of parts missing.
