Hi Glen,
Not really though any thing is possible. To start with the M-37 truck and frame is 4 inches narrower than the PW and the frame step is deeper. The steering is totally different as are the peddle arrangements. The motor is offset to the left in the M-37 to clear the differential resulting in a different bell housing and floor. The front sheet metal of the M-37 will not match and the PW front clip will not work as a result of the 4 inch difference in width. On and on..... Other than a shorter overall length the M-37 is closer dimensionally to the 1/2 ton WC.
However it would be a really good looking truck if one could make a scaled down 3/4 sized Power Wagon on the much superior M-37 frame. Perhaps using a 1/2 ton cab and fenders with a PW nose piece. Would the PW hood fit? Kind of like the scaled down XM-195 is to the M-37 a down sized 3/4 ton Power Wagon.
Sell the B1 cab for lots of money and fund an M-37 project.
Thinking at Power Wagon speed, Jackson
