There was never a "hemi" 413, it was a max wedge motor. The only difference between the "industrial" or 413-3 and the car 413, is the number and type of carbs, the alloy used in the bearings and the valve size. Industrial motors were detuned to allow for longevity, they had lower rpms and higher quality metals in the bearings and valve train.
