by not wearing one,,as for cell phones i've had several of those fruits run me off the road there the ones that need tickets..although i do wear my seat belt and recomend it,, i feel it's your own choice to wear one.. freedom will be a thing of the past for some of us that make it that long,,my 2c off topic b.s.
