The timing belt has worn tot he point where it is able to jump, and it has jumped just one or two teeth.
I'd certainly not move it till I could do a 'by the book' check of the timing belt system. In fact if a belt was cheap enough I'd pull it, bin it, and fit a new one correctly now. Even if it isn't the cause all you are out is the cost of a belt.
