New Water Pump for 315 Poly

Has anybody ever replaced the stock water pump with a new aluminum one like the one sold by Hot Hemi Heads? They say the one they sell for a 315 Hemi will work with my Poly. Pros? Cons? Mine is leaking badly so I've got to take it off anyway. Thanks in advance.
