What do you guys thing of a 1979 Power Wagon?

What are your thoughts on a 1979 Dodge power wagon? I am looking for a daily driver. It is a all wheel drive? with 67K miles AC and in good condition. What is it worth? It is not my 41 WC but at least it will do the speed limit. Thank for your help.
