S11 Desoto engine

I just removed the engine from my 53 P/W. It had a simple mounting system.There was no front mount. The guy must have liked to work with wood. Under the front passenger side cam cover was a wood block shaped to fit.Two wood dowels fit between waterpump base and front side of radiator to keep engine torque under control. Also gen. bracket was broke so he made a wedge to fit between it and the block.Blocks under the axles,blocks to space radiator fwrd to make room for desoto motor. I got firewood for next winter.
