Info about Power Wagons

Hey,
I'm looking for some info about these power wagons. I'm buying an old Ford truck from an older man that I work with. He has an old Power Wagon that does not run and needs some work. He said he took out the original engine and put in a small Hemi engine from an old fire truck. Could someone please tell me if this truck is worth anything, He would sell it to me for $500 or less
