w500 repower again

I am still working on the w500 repower. would a Magnum 360 with the following characteristics work: balanced 360 flywheel, Borg & Beck 10 1/2" clutch disc and pressure plate, electronic distributor, Carter mechanical fuel pump and spark plugs and wires. I have a np 540 tranny and a '69 LA 318 currently in the truck. thanks. p.s. Still thinking about restroking the old 318 also but not sure what avenue to take.
