Looks like someone is parting out a Dodge or Fargo through e-bay.
You dont see much on e-bay identified aas FARGO. I suspect the donor truck is really a Dodge, though the part are interchangable.
A search of FARGO located a steering box, grill, door latch and exhaust manifold 383,400.440.
Dont know if anyone needs this stuff. If so, try a search.
