I understand how the bellhousing support bracket was made with a place to mount the original clutch pedal and linkage but, I think I see a place on the bellhousing for the nose of a L-head starter? Is this a V-8 bellhousing as it looks so close to an original L-head 6 BH, possibly out of a M-37 or other Dodge application w/o the mounting extensions cast onto it? If it is a V-8 BH, it must be a very early 50's type for the small hemi that I think shared the same BH bolt pattern as the poly and LA-318?
Someone with the casting #'s off it could look through old Hollander interchange books to see what it went to originally and interchanged with?
