record high scrap prices

Anybody else notice that their local junk yards got rid of everything? I stopped to look at a truck that was someone's newest acquisition today. The guy said that the yard owner was crushing everything, couldn't afford to sit on anything any longer. So he dragged it home. $7.50 per hundred pounds, A new record high price for scrap.
