Does anyone know what this might be?

1945 Dodge Power Wagon, model D34PW/APT-GS-1

I got this off of the auctioneers site. The picture appears to be a WWII open cab WC type, with combat rims, possibly CDN air force blue in color. Could this be the CDN air portable version of the WC trucks??? J.V.L.
