Clark 5 speed Transmission

A few forums ago there was talk of the Clark 280VO transmission as a bolt-in conversion for a five speed. If I remember correctly, reverse was directly below first in the shift pattern. I saw an older International Model R-185 with a shift diagram which matched that. Can anyone tell me if the Clark came in International Trucks?
