Not sure what the question is, but old radiators made of good thick brass are easy to solder. Just clean it up shiny and do like you would with plumbing. If the tubes are leaking, and it's not due to something having poked a hole in it, it probably needs to be recored. Also if it's leaking in various spots on the flat surfaces of the tanks, it might be very corroded and thin and ready to spring more leaks.

However, if it's leaking at the seams or where something damaged it, it quite easy to solder it up yourself without removing it from the vehicle. I've heard people use epoxy and such to patch radiators but on good old brass, soldering is easy and I think much more likely to last a long time.
