Moot point here on a Dodge forum, but I the cartoon WAS copywrited (Duh!) I meant he fought over licensing stuff with the editors and publishers for so long (liked to buck the system) and his stuff is open game for infringement. Besides, "EVERYBODY DOES IT!"
