M-37 serial number problem/Chrysler

I sent my M-37 serial number into the Chrysler museum to get some information about it.

They sent back a sheet showing my number being applied to a truck built in 1940, 6.2 axle ratio, 16? (can't read last number) wheelbase...and it was shipped to Manchester England. The chassis model is 119 if that means anything to anyone.

Obviously this was not an M-37. So I confirmed the serial number on the frame and it is 80052906....just what they have for this 1940 truck.

The engine is supposed to be a T118 number 58122....what is a T118?

Could they have used these serial numbers twice??
