'48 B-1-PW Front Bumper Construction

All the pictures I have seen of a FFPW front bumper show a two piece bumper, right and left sides with a gap for the winch feed.

My truck has a one piece bumper with a notch out of the top center for the winch feed.

Was the FFPW ever made with a one piece notched front bumper? If so, are replacements available?
