I have enjoyed the Vintage Power Wagon Rally in Fairfield, IA several times. I have also attended the Rocky Mountain Rendezvous several times when it was in Castle Rock, CO. I always try to go to Moab at Easter. The Idaho Trail Ride is still my all around favorite event.
