11.00 x 16 radial tube & flap question

I'm mounting my tires soon, and making one last effort to find the best radial tubes and flaps I can find. I've browsed the forum archives and seen the opinions there.

Of course, I can't find 11.00 x 16 Michelin tubes. The best I can come up with are 11.00x15's which look pretty good except for the 5" long valve stem that sticks out past the wheel. Is anybody finding anything better?

Also I can't find radial flaps any bigger than 7.50.
