Hhave you put bolts into the two threaded holes on the drum that will allow the bolts to push agains the hum. This will outward pressure on the drum. Tighten the bolts a little then heat around where the drum contacts the hob with a mapp gas torch then bang on the outer rim of the drum. The hammer will set up vibrations that will break the rust free at the hub. As the drum breaks loose tighten the bolts more then bang with the hammer more. All you will do with a pry bar is bend the backing plate. If you can spin the wheel with out the brakes dragging you should be able to get it off.
