Hi Ron,
The trailer is a split deck, 18' tilt and 4' stationary section i the front. Rated for 10,000 lbs, the trailer weighs 2400, so that leaves me 7600 for the Dodge. Thanks for the offer of the layover, where in Indiana are you? I will look into the drop hitch recever. I know Reese makes an adjustable one, but mine is not. Thats the problem with gifts, you get what you get. I am not complaining, Neil bought a complete weight distributing hitch and sway control but didnt end up needing it so he gave it to me. Heck of a guy.
