It is not as nuts as you think, I actually get requests for this sort of thing from time to time.
As for the price, I decided not to bother selling items for less then $5 as everyone wants to pay with PayPal, and I have to eat the fees.
I had a couple items priced at $2.00, and after the buyer paid with PayPal, and I added up the E-bay/PayPal fees I made less then $1.00, which makes it not worth my time and trouble.
It was just an experiment, you never know what people will want!
Just think if they do sell! Then you know you can list yours!
